Barely one month after giving birth to son Jaxon in May, Kristin Cavallari was back to her pre-baby weight. Some fans questioned whether she’d gone to extremes, but Kristin tells In Touch in an exclusive interview that it’s unfair to judge.
“I know it’s something that’s hard for a lot of women, but people who say I’m too thin don’t have my body or know what I’m eating,” Kristin tells the new issue of In Touch — on stands now.
In fact, Kristin reveals that her biggest challenge has been keeping weight on: “I got too skinny after Camden, so now I have to make sure I’m eating enough. Everybody’s different.”
So what has she done to reach her pre-baby weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle? “The biggest part of it is eating as naturally as possible,” she explains to the mag. “A ton of veggies, a little bit of fruit. And a lot of brown rice and quinoa, grass-fed beef, and fish. I also started working out three weeks after I had Jaxon. Lunges, squats and light weights. I just started Pilates and I love it! It gives me energy.”
