Nearly two months after calling it quits, Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick have allegedly reached a custody agreement for their three children, five-year-old Mason, three-year-old Penelope and eight-month-old Reign.
“Kourtney has granted Scott legal joint custody of their three kids together, but they are still ironing out the visitation rights situation,” a source tells Radar Online.

According to the insider, “Scott wants to be able to come and get them whenever he wants and that is not something that Kourtney is willing to budge on. She already hates that he is asking to take the kids out without supervision.”

Physically getting the kids to see them may be easier said than done.
It was previously reported that Kourtney, 36, removed Scott, 32, from the “residents list” at their private, gated community in Calabasas, Calif. — meaning he is no longer able to enter the gated neighborhood unannounced.

Fortunately, Scott — who has struggled with substance abuse — seems to be pulling himself together for the sake of his kids.
“[Kourtney] knows that every single time those kids see their daddy he has been sober,” the insider insists.
“Mason does not let anything get by and he tells Kourtney if Scott is acting even a little bit strange.”
