Apparently, Kim Kardashian is getting sued over the use of the letter "K" — seriously. The reality star and makeup mogul launched her brand of cosmetics called KKW Beauty in June, and makeup artist Kirsten Kjaer Weiss isn't happy. According to the well-known Danish artist — who has a line of her own called KW cosmetics — she thinks Kimmie's logo is far too similar to hers, so she's taking legal action.
According to TMZ, she thinks Kim's infringement is "knowing, willing, and deliberate" — a.k.a. it's intended to confuse her customers and mess with Kirsten's bottom line. Kirsten is hoping to go to court immediately with the 36-year-old, most likely to try and score a portion of the Kardashian's massive fortune.

However, Kim's not too concerned. Sources close to the star's makeup line said she consulted with several heavy-hitting trademark attorneys before launching her brand, so they're confident there are no infringement issues — nor do they think the lines bare any resemblance to one another.

This isn't the first time the Kardashians have gotten sued. Last year, sisters Kim, Khloé, and Kourtney were hit with a $10 million lawsuit after being accused of backing out of a deal with cosmetics company, Haven Beauty. In July, the Kardashians sent a formal notice of termination, claiming an uncured breach by Haven Beauty. Haven, however, rejected the termination and continued to sell Kardashian-branded cosmetic products without the Kardashians' approval. Needless to say, that didn't go over so well with the family. In August, the federal court granted the Kardashians an injunction, which meant Haven Beauty could no longer use the Kardashian’s trademarks in connection with any goods or services. With top-notch attorneys at their disposal, anyone going up against the powerhouse fam doesn't seem to stand a chance.
