The finale of Keeping up With the Kardashians culminated with Khloé Kardashian's gender reveal — but it also reportedly featured a surprise appearance by Kim Kardashian's surrogate. Up until now, the surrogate's identity has been kept under wraps by the famous family — but she was on hand to congratulate Khloe and Kylie Jenner on their pregnancies.

"How excited are you guys?" the surrogate asks the sisters on the reality show. "That's so amazing." While her face remains hidden, she appears to be an African-American woman in her 20s. A fan account shared the exciting news before the finale aired — and many were excited for the sneak peek. "Yay!! Nice to see her pregnant on the show. But still respect how she kept it private," one viewer commented.

During her pregnancy with Kim's daughter Chicago, the reality star made sure her surrogate's identity was top secret — not even inviting her to her baby shower. "I did introduce her to my family. I introduced her to my family earlier that day," Kim told The Real at the time. "Of course, I would’ve wanted her to be there and be a part of it. But I hadn’t really gone that far in explaining it to my kids yet. So I have to figure that out first before they really see and then if we’re celebrating, you know, her, I just want to celebrate the baby."

As for Khloé, she confirmed she is expecting a baby girl with boyfriend Tristan Thompson in the finale episode — but she admits she's in a "state of shock." She explained her reaction later on, adding, "When you have your mind made up as to what you're having like everyone told me you're going to feel what you're having and you'll just kind of know. And then when you find out it's the complete opposite, it's just a shock. I just was convinced that I was having a boy, so to be having a girl it's just like, ‘OK that wasn't what I thought was going on.'"
