“What Gave Me the
Right to Think I Could
Be a Singer?”: Kim
Regret in Life Isn’t
Her Sex Tape — it’s
Ray J recently voiced his regrets about his sex tape with Kim Kardashian with a new single, “Never Shoulda Did That.” But the reality star recently revealed her own biggest regret—and it had nothing to do with getting naked in front of the camera, shockingly!
So what is Kim confessing she—in the words of her former lover—“never shoulda did”? Release that song “Jam (Turn It Up)” during her embarrassing endeavor into the world of music.
“It’s definitely a memory and it was a fun experience. We gave the proceeds to a cancer organization,” she told Andy Cohen when the Bravo personality played her “song” on the Aug. 13 episode of Watch What Happens Live. “But if there’s one thing in my life I wish I didn’t do.”
Of course, it shouldn’t be that much of a surprise the 33-year-old doesn’t regret the sex tape—she did admit to Oprah the video “introduced the world to her.”
Anyway, back to the issue at hand—Kim knows her music is terrible.
“I don’t like it when people kind of dabble into things they shouldn’t,” she said. “And that I don’t think I should have. Like, what gave me the right to think I could be a singer? Like, I don’t have a good voice.”
Well at least she’ll keep to things she’s “supposed” to be doing. Like starring on a reality show, Instagramming, being Paris Hilton’s “personal assistant,” and looking very serious next to Kanye West—when necessary.
Still doesn’t explain why she’s still designing clothes though…
Relive the glory of her awful music—if you dare:
