Kim Kardashian Living Apart From Kanye West to Protect Her Children (REPORT)
As we previously reported, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have been living separately since his hospitalization to receive outpatient treatment — but now, there’s an even more concerning reason why the rapper has been away from his family.
“Kim is being very protective and doesn’t want Kanye around the kids right now,” a source tells [Us Weekly](http://www.usmagazine.com/celebrity-news/news/kanye-west-living-apart-from-kim-kardashian-amid-treatment-w453599?utmsource=newsletter&utmmedium=email&utmcontent=daily&utmcampaign=12021615)_, with another source adding the safety of North, 3, and Saint, 1, is a “valid concern.”

The couple’s marriage has been rocky since Kim’s Paris armed robbery in October and Kanye’s recent breakdown. Further, a source revealed to In Touch the mother-of-two has been speaking with divorce lawyers, “Kim is miserable and wants this marriage to be over,” a friend exclusively revealed. “Kanye has absolutely no clue that any of this is happening, but Kim has already asked to have divorce documents drawn up.”
The unfortunate news of their crumbling marriage comes shortly after the family welcomed Kanye home with a low-key celebration, as well as son Saint’s first birthday.
