Goal weight accomplished!
Kim Kardashian West just revealed she has lost nearly 70 pounds of baby weight since giving birth to her son, Saint West, back in December.
Go, mama, go!
The 35-year-old mom-of-two to Saint and North West, 3, detailed just how she managed to drop the pregnancy weight just months after giving birth.
"I think dieting is so important to weight loss, whereas, I didn't really ever think that before," Kim said. "I thought, 'Oh, I can work out, I can just eat whatever I want.' But you have to work out all the time."
All that effort in the kitchen is definitely paying off. Now that she's back to her goal weight, she revealed the method to her madness: strictly following the Atkins 40 plan and eating 1,800 calories per day.
"We eat a lot of fish and turkey," she dished.
Well, it's certainly working! The reality TV star has been sharing a slew of bathing suit mirror pics lately and she's never looked so svelte. And that's saying a lot!
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star also regularly hits the gym at 6 a.m. so she can squeeze her exercise in before her two kids wake up.
That's some dedication! But Kim's determination wouldn't be much without her sister Khloé Kardashian, who serves as some major body inspiration for the star.
"I saw her naked two days ago changing and I was, 'Oh, my God. You are my body icon.' She's never been more on fire," Kim gushed.
Yeah, having a sister with a smoking hot revenge bod is exactly the motivation everyone needs!
