When Kim Kardashian was pregnant with North, it wasn’t exactly a walk in the park — so she’s taking serious precautions to make sure everything is in check for baby No. 2!
The 34-year-old tells In Touch she’s working with a nutritionist who will create a custom diet for her second pregnancy. Insiders say the regime will hopefully help prevent preeclampsia — a disorder characterized by high-blood pressure while pregnant — which Kim suffered from during her first pregnancy.

Sources tell TMZ the weekly meal plan has two key rules — more water and less sodium.
And significantly less doughnuts!

“This time around, I have a nutritionist that I was seeing before to keep me healthy while I’m pregnant,” Kim told In Touch at the U.S. launch of Hype Energy Drinks in Nashville, Tenn., on June 2.
“The last pregnancy I ate a doughnut every single day. I’m not doing that this time, but I’ve also been taking it easy and enjoying myself… Pregnancy is not the most comfortable thing for me, but I’m really going to try to embrace it this time.”
