Kim Kardashian has always been known for her tough-love approach, especially when it comes to her troubled younger brother, Rob Kardashian — but she took things to a new level on Sunday night’s Keeping Up With the Kardashians when she addressed the 28-year-old’s weight gain.
While in St. Barth’s, a then-pregnant Kim, 35, was telling family members that Rob’s tattoo of ex-girlfriend, Rita Ora (which covered ink of his ex-girlfriend, Adrienne Bailon’s name), looks much different since he put on more than 100 pounds.

"He covered it with a life-sized Barbie doll of Rita that has now turned into a Cabbage Patch Doll," Kim said. “Have you seen it lately? It was like a Barbie doll and he's gained weight and it’s like a huge Cabbage Patch Kid. Huge!”
Perhaps the mother-of-two would use different words today, given Rob was hospitalized last week, and was reportedly diagnosed with diabetes and allegedly on the verge of triggering a coma.
The most recent update we heard regarding Rob’s health is that his pancreas isn’t functioning, though his type 2 diabetes is manageable — and possibly curable — if he gets his weight under control.
We hope he gets well soon!
