She was always the odd sister out, but Khloé Kardashian is finally coming into her own— and is looking sexier than ever!
Having lost 30 pounds from her 5-foot 10-inch frame, the reality star has been showing off her svelte, new body in form-fitting dresses— but don’t be fooled…she isn’t cheating.
In a recent interview on Watch What Happens Live! with Andy Cohen, the show host told Khloé that the number one comment on Twitter throughout the live show was how good she looks. And when a fan asked if she’s had work done— specifically to her face— Khloé says it’s just “the power of stylists.”

She can credit her glam squad all she wants, but the E! star has worked very hard to achieve her slimmed-down body.
So how has she been shedding the weight? Diet and exercise!
After trying boxing three months ago, Khloé was instantly hooked. “She’s a beauty on the outside and a beast on the inside,” her trainer Gunnar Peterson tells In Touch. “Her upper body, lower body and core are all in motion, ducking, dodging, bobbing and weaving. The intensity creates a fat furnace!”
As for her eating habits, Khloé is making sure to incorporate lots of protein. She’ll have items such as egg whites for breakfast, a protein smoothie for lunch and grilled fish or chick for dinner. “She’s eating high protein to get that lean muscle,” Deandre “Byrd” Morris, founder of 60 Days of Fitness, tells In Touch.
For Khloé, her new health regimen is less about squeezing into sample sizes and more about feeling confident in her own skin.
“I don’t care what size I am, I care about how I look," the 28-year-old recently admitted. “I don’t expect to be a size 2 and nor do I want to be. I’m 5 feet, 10 inches and I like being curvy, but I also like being toned. I have to do whatever is good for me…I feel that I’m healthier [now], but I don’t think I’m prettier thinner.”
