Once an Animal, always an Animal. It’s been six years since Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans gave an impassioned speech about her love for Kesha. As fans may recall, the MTV personality, now 26, told her lawyer that (after failing a drug test) she would rather just serve a 16-day jail sentence than remain on probation for a year. But there was one problemo: She would have to be in jail the weekend that she bought tickets to see Kesha live in concert.

“Well, you see the thing is, on the 9th, I got second-row seats to go see a concert. It’s Kesha tickets,” she told her attorney on the show, explaining that there was no way in hell she was going to miss the show. “No, you don’t understand. This is my idol. She’s, like, my idol and I’m never gonna be able to see her. I really can’t miss that concert. I really can’t.”

Like, hello, she even got feathers in her hair for the concert. What part of that didn’t North Carolina’s judicial system understand?! “Like, no one understands how important this concert is to me,” she continued. “It’s not just a concert to me. It’s Kesha. Like, it’s the person. It’s not, ‘Oh, I wanna go to a random concert.’ It’s Kesha. My idol, the girl that I watch videos on YouTube 30 times a day. I mean, like, I’m obsessed with this girl.”

Well guess what, you guys. Jenelle is stilled obsessed AF with Kesha and there is literally nothing else in this world that could give us more joy. The 16 and Pregnant alum took to Instagram Stories on Tuesday, July 31 to let her followers know that her Animal ID hasn’t expired yet.

“Getting prepped for @iiswhoiis,” she wrote on a video of, you guessed it, feathers! In her next clip, she was rockin’ out to “Woman” by the pop star. Watch the video above for more.

Last August, the mother-of-three tweeted to her role model writing, “Have #Praying on repeat ALL day. ??? @KeshaRose,” referring to the first single off Kesha’s latest album, Rainbow. In a subsequent tweet, the young mom also shared that she was totally digging her other tune “Hymn.” “Yes, I’ve listened to Hymn a lot too,” she wrote.

During a 2012 interview with The Huffington Post, Kesha revealed that she caught wind of Jenelle’s unwavering support — and definitely appreciated it. “She is the reason I do what I do. Go grrrl don’t let the man hold you down!” she told the outlet. “We R Who We R!”
