Kesha probably woke up this morning feeling like a whole new person, having completed a six-week stint in rehab, where she was being treated for an eating disorder.
The 27-year-old took to Twitter on March 6 to tell fans the exciting news.
The songstress broke her silence with a selfie on a plane, touching down in Los Angeles.

Following the photo, which she simply captioned “meow” with rainbow emoticons, she formally shared her happy news with her fans.
“Happy to be back! Feeling healthy and working on tons of new music,” the singer wrote on Twitter. “I can’t thank my fans enough for all the love and support you have given me.”

Fans were quick to notice that Kesha seems to be a whole new person. Not only did she drop the dollar sign from her name on Twitter, but she also changed her handle from the “@keshasuxx” to the much more pleasant “@kesharose.”
It looks like this really is a fresh start for the “Timber” singer.
Kesha checked herself into the Timberline Knolls treatment center for anorexia and bulimia on Jan. 3.
“I’m a crusader for being yourself and loving yourself, but I’ve found it hard to practice,” the 27-year-old said in a statement. “I’ll be unavailable for the next 30 days, seeking treatment for my eating disorder … to learn to love myself again, exactly as I am.”
At the time, Kesha’s mother Pebe Sebert—who later checked herself into the same facility for post-traumatic stress disorder—blamed producer Dr. Luke for her daughter’s body image issues.
Having completed her treatment, it would appear the songstress is more positive than ever.
“Life is beautiful,” she tweeted. “I’m so blessed to have you all.”
