No one can ever say they didn't try their best! It seemed like Kendra Wilkinson and Hank Baskett's marriage wouldn't survive the baller's shocking affair with transsexual model Ava London in 2014, but they fought for their love for four more years. Sadly, on April 2, they admitted that their fight is over and they're finally splitting. If you don't remember the sordid affair that started all of their troubles, read on to learn everything you need to know.

Kendra was 29 at the time, and pregnant with their second baby Alijah Mary. Hank says he was simply grocery shopping when he approached a couple in an attempt to buy marijuana. He says he was sent to an address, and when he arrived, he "saw something I thought I would never see in my life. I froze."

Hank walked in to find two nude transgender women making out on a couch. He says one of them came to the door and fondled him over his clothes. "I didn't engage in anything. It was like a bank robbery. You never know when you'll freeze. I don't know if it was a couple of seconds or 15 seconds, because all I was saying was get out, get out, get out,” he explained to People in 2015.

"I messed up," Hank explained one year after rumors about his infidelity began. "I put myself in a bad situation. And everything through me brought pain upon this family." Despite the situation, the couple sought counseling through Marriage Boot Camp and seemed to be doing better. Kendra even supported Hank, saying "Hank was very naïve and gullible. He thinks everybody is his friend. That led him to the hell that we've lived." Back then they said they were in an “amazing place," but that's changed.

On April 2, Kendra opened up to fans in a sobbing video, explaining that her marriage to Hank was over. “Ten years. I did everything I could. It wasn’t good enough," she sobbed. "I will always love him and my heart will always remain open for him. I believed in forever, I really did. Guess it’s just not meant to be. I’m so scared, but I have to get strong for my kids — I will.” Poor thing. Good luck, Kendra!
