In a statement, Kelly's rep said, "Kelly Osbourne and Matthew Mosshart have decided to end their engagement. The split was amicable and the pair continue to have nothing but the utmost respect for one another. Kelly is looking forward to a new year full of fresh beginnings."
The reality star and her beau first met at Kate Moss' wedding in the summer of 2011. In July of last year, Matthew romantically popped the question while vacationing in Anguilla.

While neither party has spoken specifically about their decision to call off their courtship, Kelly tweeted a cryptic, yet reassuring message yesterday.
"It's all about perception," she wrote to her 3.5 million followers. "Sometimes the bad things that happen in life aren't really bad at all especially if you learn something from it."

Kelly surfaced again on social media last night, this time sharing shots on Instagram; in one pic, she and Justin Bieber, 19, are posing in front of graffitied wall, which Kelly is holding a spray can up to.
"So much fun getting lessons from Justin Bieber on how to spray paint," she captioned the pic. "Needless to say I was sh*t all I did was the horns!
Justin is a lovely boy and [has] turned me into a true Belieber tonight."
In another pic, Kel and JB are posed in front of their creation, and she captioned it, "Most random but fun night with Justin Bieber!"
Random... uh, yeah—you can say that again!
