Though Katie Holmes received rave reviews for her performance in Dead Accounts on Broadway, the show is closing seven weeks early. The reason it’s getting axed? During the last week of December it has the lowest attendance of any show on Broadway!
EXCLUSIVE: Katie Turns Down Dawson's Creek Reunion After more than three weeks of previews it opened on Nov. 29 at the Music Box Theatre in NYC, but will be ending after 44 shows on Jan. 6. It was originally supposed to run until Feb. 24. The 34-year-old actress stars alongside Norbert Leo Butz as siblings who have a secret $27 million. "What audiences are going to get is something different every night. We are very lucky people," Katie’s said about the show and her co-stars. "I'm just really thrilled."
