And the plot thickens!
Late last week, 2010 court documents revealed Jon Gosselin had accused his ex-wife, Kate Gosselin, of child abuse. And now a new report claims the mother-of-eight allegedly asked her eldest twin daughters, Mady and Cara, to spy on their father during previous visits!

“Father has told Mother that he does not want the girls bringing their cell phones with them during his custodial time as the girls are constantly texting Mother to ‘report’ on what Father is doing,” Jon’s attorney stated in the court docs obtained by ‘Radar Online.’

“Father has a phone that the children can use if they want to speak to Mother, so it is not necessary for the girls to bring their own phones with them.”
This comes on the heels of the 37-year-old's allegations that Kate, 39, fed her children moldy food.
Jon also claims Kate inadequately dressed them for poor weather conditions, and physically harmed them as punishment.
