Court documents from 2010 between exes Kate Gosselin and Jon Gosselin have been released and it's causing all kinds of drama for the family.
Earlier this week, the mother-of-eight was accused of child abuse, and now a new report reveals Jon had claimed in 2010 that the 'Kate Plus 8' star threw away gifts for the children that he purchased for them.
“Children have explained concern that they cannot safely bring any gifts, toys, pictures or stuffed animals home from Father’s house,” according to the documents obtained by 'Radar Online.' “Mother takes them away, and throws them out.”

When the children, twins Mady and Cara, then 10, and sextuplets Aaden, Colin, Joel, Leah, Alexis and Hannah, then 6, would allegedly try to sneak toys from Jon into their home, they would be fearful that their mother would find them and get angry.
But that's not the only accusation that's landed Kate in hot water — the court documents also reveal that she's allegedly provided her children with moldy lunches!
“Hannah reported having moldy strawberries, and Alexis said her sandwich was stale. Leah said she had some food left over from lunch for many weeks."
