Kanye West’s clothing company is reportedly being sued for allegedly cheating a Turkish manufacturing agent out of thousands of dollars in commission. According to The Blast, Derya Gulseven filed documents against West Brands Fashion LLC on Nov. 22 claiming she was hired in July 2015 to act as a “season-by-season sourcing agent.”

Derya’s role was to find factories in Istanbul to produce Yeezy Season 2, which she successfully achieved. The total cost of the order was $1,246,043.56 and was set to be delivered in May 2016. She confirmed, however, that the order was canceled in March 2016 and that the Turkish clothing manufacturers were compensated but she wasn’t. She claims she was not paid her commission of $87,223.05 as agreed upon with West Brands Fashion.

Despite the monetary dispute, Derya worked with Kanye’s company a few months later, placing another order in Turkey for Yeezy Season 3. The total order was $2,413,944 and her expected commission was $168,976.08. She alleges that she was only paid $77,246.25 after delivery, a mere four percent of the seven percent she was owed. For some reason, she continued to work on Yeezy Season 4 but wasn’t paid a cent. She’s now seeking $228,000 plus damages.

Unfortunately, this isn’t the “Heartless” rapper’s first rodeo when it comes to lawsuits. In August, In Touch exclusively revealed that Kanye’s touring company was suing his insurance company, Lloyd’s of London, in relation to the cancellation of his Saint Pablo tour, which was canceled in late 2016 in the wake of the rapper’s reportedly psychosis-induced mental breakdown. According to court documents obtained exclusively by In Touch, Kanye’s lawyer, Howard King, filed a statement of consent to proceed before a United States Magistrate Judge in order to move forward in the legal battle.

Kanye sought $100 million in losses from the canceled tour but the insurer refused to pay up because they claimed that they do not insure losses that are “directly or indirectly by the possession or use of illegal drugs, the impact of prescription drugs not used as prescribed, or the use of alcohol.”

In the past, Kanye has been candid about his weed habit — making references to smoking in countless songs, and most infamously, admitting to smoking before the 2015 Video Music Awards, where he announced his 2020 presidential candidacy. According to the documents, Kanye’s team not only submitted an independent medical exam that purportedly proved that he was in no condition to resume his tour, but they also had his wife, Kim Kardashian, testify under oath about her husband’s wellbeing during his November 2016 hospitalization.
