Kanye West’s Symptoms Fit Schizoaffective Disorder, Says Psychologist (EXCLUSIVE)
A psychologist reveals to In Touch that Kanye West’s symptoms fit schizoaffective disorder, a serious condition that can include hallucinations, delusions and manic behavior.
According to LA psychologist Julie Armstrong, who doesn’t treat Kanye, his public behavior has been in-line with the disorder, which also include mood disorder symptoms such as depression or mania.
“He is not sleeping and he’s also got this luminosity— he’s saying ‘I am Jesus.’ A manic schizophrenic, a manic psychotic person has a religious delusion or delusion of persecution, and that’s exactly what he is exhibiting,” she adds.
“Mania often comes with an irritable mood, a provocative mood, and that’s all very indicative of a bipolar disorder.”

An insider close to Kanye says people in his inner circle have been told for years that the rapper suffers from depression, anxiety and impulse-control issues.
The source adds, “People close to Kanye are pissed with how she [Kim] is handling it and how the media is portraying Kim as this devoted wife, but she didn’t do anything to help Kanye before he was hospitalized.”
