Kanye West must like to be spontaneous—which would explain his surprise appearance on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon last night.

Showing up unannounced wasn’t enough for the Yeezus rapper—he also stunned audience members and fans alike when he altered his lyrics to dis Ray J—one of Kim Kardashian’s former flames!

It was the first time Kanye took Jimmy’s stage, and with help from The Roots and Charlie Wilson, Yeezy performed “Bound 2” off his new album Yeezus.

Kanye altered the lyrics to open with,  “Brandy’s little sister lame man he know it now/When a real brother hold you down you supposed to drown.”

Of course, new dad Kanye’s digs at Brandy’s brother aren’t unwarranted; Ray J has made constant jabs at Kimye—most notably with his single, “I Hit it First.”

In 2007, a sex tape made by Kim and Ray J in 2003 was distributed as Kim K. Superstar—arguably beginning Kim’s reign in the spotlight.
