Teen Mom 2 Star Kailyn Lowry Documents Gender Reveal on Snapchat!

Drumroll, please… Kailyn Lowry is having a girl! Well, maybe. The Teen Mom 2 star took to Snapchat Wednesday to document her "gender reveal," and the experiment was, well, interesting.

The 25-year-old mama — who is about to give birth literally any day now — laid flat on her back while her friend held up a pendulum with a ring attached to a chain over her bump. Supposedly, if the pendulum swings in circles, it’s a girl, and if it swings back and forth, it’s a boy.

"It's a girl!" her friend screamed — and she was confident in her guess. "I used to do high-risk maternal child health. I did it on every patient, it was always right."

Kail is pregnant with her third child from her third baby daddy, Chris Lopez. She also has son Isaac, 7, with ex-boyfriend Jo Rivera and Lincoln, 3, with ex-husband Javi Marroquin. A source recently told Hollywood Life that the reality star is "jealous" over Javi's new relationship, but an insider close to Kail said, "Nobody thinks Kailyn’s still genuinely in love with Javi though, as much as she kids herself she is. It’s way more about wanting to feel secure and having someone there by her side, and that’s not a strong enough foundation to build a relationship on." Since Chris has no desire to be on camera — or be in the baby's life at all — it's easy to see why she may feel some resentment towards her second baby daddy.
