When it comes to love, Kailyn Lowry has been through it all! She’s been in long-term dating relationships, she’s been engaged, married, divorced and now that she’s single and back out on the dating scene as a single mom-of-three, the Teen Mom 2 star is using her experience to give other moms advice about how to navigate the dating world and how to deal with a breakup.

“With kids’ activities, homework, play dates, diaper changes and everything else that comes with being a mom, adding a relationship can be total chaos,” the 25-year-old wrote on her blog. “Now, after finding that special someone you think everything would be pretty much smooth sailing right? WRONG! Try breaking up while being a young mom of three. I would go through the pain of childbirth ten times rather than the emotional pain of a breakup ever again.”

It seems like Kail is talking about her most recent relationship with her baby daddy Chris Lopez. The former couple has split for good it seems and Kail revealed that she hasn’t seen or heard from him in about two months, which means they must have split around September — just one month after Kail gave birth to their son Lux.

Kail goes on to give tips on how moms can regain their confidence after a breakup, how they can get over the “mom guilt” of leaving their kids with a babysitter so that they can go out on a date, and she also stressed the importance of trusting their instincts about the person they’re dating. But even though Kail seems to have been unlucky in love so far, she gives other moms a sense of hope about dating.

“At the end of the day, breakups absolutely suck regardless of what stage of life you’re in. I’m a mom of three, and this is where I am in my life now,” she wrote. “Don’t be afraid to put yourself out there and find love whenever you feel you are ready. Even though mom life is crazy-busy, we deserve companionship, too.”
