So, living in the same building as Justin Theroux and Jennifer Aniston definitely isn’t as fun as it seems!

The A-listers’ downstairs neighbor, Norman Resnicow, is involved in a bitter battle against the Leftovers actor — and now they’re headed to court!

MUST SEE: Justin Theroux Gushes About Jennifer Aniston

It all started when Mr. Resnicow claimed that Justin’s deck fence intrudes on his space by two feet. But court papers filed by Justin and his team claim that the actor’s neighbor, 69, “cut the water and electricity” that run to his desk and killed the ivy he had growing because he knew that Justin, 45, “enjoyed the aesthetic” he had going on in the Village.

According to the papers, Mr. Resnicow even threatened Justin, warning that he would expose “a broad range of allegations” about the actor — hinting that it could have to do with his famous wife — if the issues aren’t resolved sometime soon.

Justin’s neighbor exclusively tells In Touch that the stud’s lawsuit is frivolous, claiming that he only filed the complaint to “distract from [the fact that] this is a deck boundary dispute.”

The actor has been living in the Greenwich Village co-op since 2001, and in 2003, he bought the second level — where he’s been running into issues with Mr. Resnicow since starting renovations in 2015.

In a previous interview with the New York Post, Mr. Resnicow — a NYC-based lawyer — insisted that he is only looking out for the “health and safety” of both himself and his wife by taking the issue up with Justin, who says the lawyer has used his legal training to make it his mission to “bully and intimidate” his famous neighbor with his countless issues and complaints, leaving Justin no choice but to file the lawsuit.

Yikes — and we thought Mr. Heckles was bad!
