Justin Bieber’s Father, Jeremy, Drunkenly Kicked a Teenage Girl, Breaking Her Jaw and Leaving Her Unable to Eat Solid Food

Alicia Wadden, 30, has come forward about an incident in which she claims Justin Bieber’s father, Jeremy, broke her jaw 12 years ago.

The mother-of-one stood at only 5-foot-3 and weighed a mere 100 pounds when the now 39-year-old allegedly kicked her “kung-fu style” in the face, breaking her jaw in two places and leaving her unable to eat solid food for two months.

Alicia explained the confrontation began verbally, but she raised a hand to him—despite being warned of his violent nature—and smacked him in the face, a decision she has since expressed remorse over.

“Then out of nowhere, he kicked me in the face and I fell to the ground. I must’ve been knocked out because all I remember is waking up and not being able to close my mouth,” she alleges.

“I only lived a few blocks from the hospital and I literally sprinted round there. As I ran I felt I had bits of teeth in the back of my throat. I had to spit them out. I tried to close my jaw, but I couldn’t. I just kept thinking, ‘I’m going to have to have my jaw wired shut.’”

At the time, Alicia was afraid to press charges after Jeremy allegedly came to her then-boyfriend’s workplace and offered $1,000 to keep her quiet.

Now she’s breaking her silence in hopes Justin can see the kind of man his father really is—and learn from his mistakes.

“He seems to look up to his dad, but he needs to know what he is really like,” Alicia tells the Daily Mail. “I used to be a huge fan of Justin, I would always think how nice and polite he was, but his dad is a terrible influence on him. He thinks he can get away with anything he does, but I want him to know he can’t.”

While Jeremy has quite a criminal record—including assault causing bodily harm in 1997, years before the run-in with Alicia—the troubled teen has his own violent past.

In January, the 20-year-old turned himself in to Toronto Police and was charged with assaulting a limousine driver on Dec. 30.

Fans have been worried about Justin’s relationship with his father, as the two were spotted partying just days after his Jan. 23 arrest on charges of driving under the influence, resisting arrest and driving with an expired license.

Alicia hopes Justin can learn from her horrific accident.

“Justin needs to realize that his dad isn’t the man he seems to think he is,” she said. “He looks up to him and that is dangerous, because it seems he wants to behave like him to win his approval.”
