Omg, poor Joy-Anna Duggar! We knew that complications while having baby Gideon forced the 20-year-old to abandon her home-birth and rush to a hospital, but a preview of the March 19 birth special shows just how scary things got… and how much pain Joy was in. Watch the video above to see the terrifying moment

We can only imagine how freaked out Jim Bob and the family were when Joy called and said, "en route to the hospital, can't talk." The kids all look very nervous, and so does husband Austin Forsyth while standing outside of the hospital room door. While special is sure to be nerve-wracking, at least we know the ending to this story!

On Feb. 23, Joy welcomed a happy and healthy baby boy that they quickly named Gideon, but it was a struggle to get there. On a special webisode, Joy and Austin revealed that they were going to give birth at home, but the baby was breech. After 20 hours of labor, she sped off to the hospital for an emergency cesarean-section. They were both fine afterward. Now we get to see it all happen.

The Forsyth's have already revealed a lot of info about their son online. "We chose Gideon because it's a strong biblical name and was someone who was willing to follow the lord, and he was a strong leader," explained Austin, who also revealed that his middle name, Martyn, was his own middle name, too! But there's still so much more to learn on the TLC birth special, airing on March 19 at 10 p.m., directly after the regular episode of Counting On!
