He said that Burke “age nine at the time of his sister’s death, bludgeoned her to death.”
Burke’s attorney, L. Lin Wood, tells E! News, “The accusations by Werner Spitz against this young man are outrageous. Such false accusations have no place in an orderly society. This lawsuit is the first step to holding Spitz accountable for his wrongdoing. Now, from age 29 until he takes his last breath, he will be haunted by these accusations.”
While Burke and his family have always maintained their innocence, the 29-year-old has his own theories on who is responsible for his sister's death. He recently told Dr. Phil he believes a “pedophile” who “saw her at one of the pageants” killed his sister.
