Ever since Jon and Kate Plus 8 Became Kate Plus 8, reality TV star Jon Gosselin has been reinventing his life.
The dad of eight is the subject of a revealing profile in Philadelphia Magazine. Now, the onetime A-list reality star is working in a restaurant and trying to launch a comeback by appearing with girlfriend Liz Jannetta on Vh1's Couples Therapy, which debuts on January 2.

And he isn't holding back on his contempt for ex-wife Kate Gosselin. The former couple, who share custody of their kids, are now facing each other in court. Kate was suing her ex over his plan to write a tell-all book called Kate Gosselin: How She Fooled the World, saying that he stole emails and other information from a computer that belonged to her. Though the suit was eventually dropped, it was a way for Kate to keep her ex-husband from earning more money.
Jon, though, isn't staying quiet on the topic of hating his ex. He complains that she uses their kids to stay relevant on Twitter. "She tweets everything. To the world, all about my children. I think it’s disgusting and awful. They can’t even have a normal life." He claims that the kids have developmental issues because of all their years on TV.

He also calls ex-girlfriend Hailey Glassman, whom he lived with briefly in New York after his divorce and who turned evidence over to Kate for the lawsuit, a "lying piece of s--t."
To make money, Jon has accepted paid interviews with several media outlets, including Oprah. He also says that while he turned down some reality shows like Dancing with the Stars, he agreed to go on Couples Therapy for the free help. "We needed the therapy for our relationship," he says of his relationship with Liz, a single mom of three. "We really couldn’t afford therapy. And it’s free therapy."
