"Joe has been adjusting to life behind bars and getting along with other inmates. He has been keeping to himself and keeping a very low profile. Getting a job with the maintenance crew was exactly what Joe wanted because of his background in construction,” a source explains.

Some of his extended family have even come to visit.
“Joe has received visits from his mom, brother and sister,” the source continues. "[His wife] Teresa Giudice hasn't been approved to visit yet because of her criminal conviction, but is expecting to get word any day that she has been put on Joe's list."
The source also denies that Joe showed up drunk for his surrender, but admitted he had a drink before going in.
Joe may be released for good behavior at 35 months.
