“Bombed” Amid Legal

Has Joe Giudice resorted to alcohol to help him forget his court problems and legal situation?

On Thursday night, Joe reportedly stumbled into New York Nightclub Catch—alone and without his wife Teresa Giudice.

“He was clearly bombed,” a source tells Radar. “His face was red, and though he was wearing a suit, he looked disheveled.”

The alleged outing comes just one month ahead of his July 8 court date. He's facing up to 46 months in prison. His wife is also facing jail time -- a maximum sentence of 27 months.

After the couple pleaded guilty to nine counts of mail, wire, bank and bankruptcy fraud in March, In Touch reported that instead of partying like Joe, Teresa is staying “prisoner” at home.

“Teresa is so depressed. She can’t move forward. It’s like purgatory,” a friend of Teresa’s told In Touch.

“At Audriana’s dance recital she did amazing on stage. She said to me, Mommy I was not even nervous on stage LOL,” Teresa captioned the Twit pic.

On Sunday, Teresa and Joe attended their daughter Audriana’s dance recital, which may be one of the last times they get to attend a family event together.
