The 20th Duggar child made an appearance just in time for Christmas! It’s been just a little more than one year since Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar adopted Tyler Duggar — who is actually their nephew that they’ve been raising as one of their own. But the nine-year-old has stayed out of the spotlight in the months since his adoption and now, Tyler made a rare appearance on his big brother Josiah Duggar’s Instagram page.

Josiah shared a sweet photo of little Tyler dressed in a winter coat, smiling wide as he enjoyed a rare snowfall in Duggar’s home state of Arkansas. Josiah and Tyler went outside to play in the little bit of snow that accumulated and they even made a little, mini snowman on the hood of a car. “We got a dusting of snow this morning! Ty likes the little hood top snowman,” the 21-year-old wrote in the caption.

Fans took to the comments to gush over how cute Tyler is and to wish the family a Merry Christmas. “Awwww so cute!! Hope you and your family have a Merry Christmas!!” one fan wrote, and another commented, “How fun!!! Enjoy! Merry Christmas to you all.”

It seems like the older Duggar kids are in charge of the younger ones while Jim Bob and Michelle were on a tropical vacation to the Bahamas with their pals — fellow reality TV stars Gil and Kelly Bates from UP TV’s Bringing Up Bates. The Duggars and the Bates are very close friends — and the Duggar family even attended Tori Bates’ wedding last week — so the couples decided to go on a trip together to celebrate Gil and Kelly’s 30th wedding anniversary.

But fans had a lot to say about Jim Bob and Michelle’s decision leave all of their kids at home to go on a couples’ vacation. “You’re celebrating not having to be parents in the Bahamas. CPS needs to take away every child under 18. These people are not fit to raise farm animals much less humans,” one user wrote in the comments.
