Jill Duggar Is a Natural Beauty in Latest Instagram Photo
What a fresh face! Jill Duggar shared a new photo on Instagram where she described herself as makeup-free — and her followers were loving the natural look! See the photo in the video above.
The Counting On star is forever sharing candid moments with her fans — from messy rooms in her house to keeping leaving her baby on the floor — so it’s hardly surprising that she would share such a ~raw~ photo. Fans have questioned over the years why the girls can wear makeup but have strict rules when it comes to dressing and etiquette — and they explained in their 2014 book Growing Up Duggar that they dress “modestly” to preserve their bodies for their husbands.
“We realize that our body is a special gift from God,” they shared, “and that he intends for it to be shared only with our future husband.” As far as we know, their religious guidelines do not have any rules about makeup.
Perhaps Jill is trying to distract from the latest round of pregnancy rumors, which started after a comment her and Derick Dillard‘s three-year-old son, Israel made. “They said you were going to have another baby,” he said in a recent video. Jill played coy with her response and simply asked him, “What?”
Over the last few months, the mother-of-two has really bent the family rules — from ditching her long skirt for a pair of pants to getting a nose ring AND a tattoo. While her progress is admirable, her husband isn’t on the same page just yet, as he was recently fired from the TLC reality series for making hateful comments about transgender TLC star Jazz Jennings.
