Though the Duggars live their lives in front of the camera, they can still be pretty private, and we don’t always see much of their friends. Recently, though, Jill Duggar took to social media to share an inspiring message with and for her friend Molly Kuhl who’s been battling cancer. In honor of her friend, Jill posted a picture of herself in a special tank top with the bible quote, “Do it again, Lord.” She had even more to say herself.

“Wearing my #doitagainLordshirt today for my sweet friend @mollykuhl1219 on what our friends have named #mollymonday,” the mom of two wrote on Monday, September 17th. “We continue to uplift and pray for Molly (& fam!) as she goes through chemo, then stem cell treatments later this week! Love you Molly! ? ?’I’ve seen you move, you move the mountains, and I believe I’ll see you do it again!’…?”

“Love this and you,” Molly responded, while others wanted to know how they could also support Molly. “Link for shirt is in Molly’s profile. ?,” Jill told fans in the comments.  The Molly’s Support Shirt campaign was started by another one of Molly’s friends, and it’s helping to raise money for her treatments and to offer support for her family. Molly, a mother like Jill, has three sons and has battled cancer before.

The Instagram post is a nice change of pace from Jill. Recently, she dabbled with becoming an influencer, even posting a FabFitFun unboxing album before deleting it, and has touted plenty of products she’s gotten for free. This time, though, she’s using her considerable audience to potentially help a friend who’s in need. And fans were touched by the shift. “This is sweet of you!” commented one fan. Others wrote that they were praying for Molly, and were even looking to order their own shirts. Hopefully Jill will continue using her huge following to do even more good in the future, just like she did for Molly this time.
