Party of five?! The rumor mill was sent into overdrive on Saturday when Derick Dillard snapped a photo of his youngest son, Samuel — with prenatal vitamins in the background! Naturally, fans of the former Counting On stars began speculating that his wife, Jill Duggar, was expecting baby No. 3.

One eagle-eyed fan asked, “Is Jill pregnant again or is she taking the prenatal vitamins because she’s nursing?” In response, however, another commented, “I take prenatals while nursing. Also if you read the bottle it says to take before, during, and after pregnancy.”

The website for the brand of prenatal vitamins sitting on Jil’s dresser confirms that they are “specifically formulated to meet the unique needs of women during pre-conception, pregnancy, and lactation, providing the nourishment to support both mom and her developing baby.” If Jill is still breastfeeding Samuel — whom she and Derick lovingly call “SamSam” — she may be taking the supplements.

Yet this isn’t the first time Jill and her disgraced reality star hubby have sparked pregnancy rumors. Back in December, fans thought they spotted a baby bump while the two packed on the PDA under the mistletoe.

But more babies could complicate their already poor parenting practices, according to some. On Thanksgiving, the duo — who share son Israel, 2, and Samuel, 5 months — were scrutinized for leaving their youngest on the floor while they ate. “Jill enjoys procreating, but once the baby is born, she’s not interested in the least in the actual parenting,” someone commented on the photo posted to Facebook. Another added, “How about a carrier or swing — something besides the dirty floor? I would have never done that to either of my children.” Sigh, everyone’s a critic. Only time will tell whether or not she’s expecting — but we hope she is!
