With Jessica Simpson's wedding to Eric Johnson just hours away, new details are emerging about the festivities, and just how much this special weekend is costing Jessica.
It seems that Jessica has bought out not only the San Ysidro Ranch, but also the nearby Montecito Inn, with both shutting down to the public yesterday at around 2:00 pm. Jessica's friends and family are occupying all 41 of the estate’s private cottages.
As for the estimated cost for Jessica to buyout the entire San Ysidro Ranch property for the weekend? At least $250,000.
Late Friday afternoon, guests were shuttled over in large black limo busses to the Ranch, following a dress rehearsal for Jessica’s actual wedding ceremony, where dozens of wrought iron chairs were being set up for today's ceremony.
After the rehearsal, guests arrived to find red, white, & blue backyard decor, perfect for a Fourth of July celebration. Near the entrance was a state-of-the-art photo booth provided by Photoworks Interactive and, even better, an open bar featuring the couple's signature drinks -- margaritas and vodka gimlets.
“Jessica was wearing a red dress and Eric was wearing a dark suit. She stuck close to Eric as she mingled with everyone,” an eyewitness tells InTouch.
"She looked stunning,”
Even better, after dinner there was cake as guests sang "Happy Birthday" to Jessica and Eric's one-year-old son Ace.
Among those who have been sighted so far celebrating are Joe Simpson and Tina Simpson, Ashlee Simpson with fiance Evan Ross, Jessica's best friend CaCee Cobb and her husband Donald Faison, Jessica stylist Nicole Chavez, and wedding planner Mindy Weiss.
