Hollywood has a new power couple! Weight Watchers spokeswomen, Jessica Simpson and Jennifer Hudson, have teamed up for a new ad campaign to help Americans battle the bulge— and they look damn good doing it.
Jennifer, who has been a Weight Watchers advocate since April 2010, and Jessica, a spokesperson since May 2012, recently met on the set of their new ad campaign, “Expect Amazing,” which debuts today, Jan. 3.
In the ad, the duo candidly reveal their personal, life-long weight struggles. While the American Idol alum figured she was "just born that way," newly-pregnant Jess confesses she "was always on some new life-stopping diet."
It was only last week, on Christmas day, that the blonde pop star revealed she’s expecting her second child with fiancé Eric Johnson. And after losing more than fifty pounds of baby weight since giving birth to her daughter, Maxwell, in May 2012, Jessica’s new WW lifestyle will help her maintain healthy eating habits throughout the remainder of her pregnancy.
When the “Irresistible” singer proudly declares how amazing she feels in the commercial, Jennifer - who knows first-hand the staying power of the program's influence - confirms that she should "get used to it."
