Jessica Simpson is not wasting any time working on losing the baby weight! In Touch has learned that the new mom is hitting the gym hard – with five trips to the gym in just two weeks! “She is as focused and determined as ever,” Harley Pasternak, Jessica’s trainer, tells In Touch.
But Jessica looked downright exhausted as she left LA’s Bodiworx gym on June 12, her fifth trip in fourteen days. “She’s so emotional,” a friend tells In Touch. “She doesn’t want to leave her baby. Sometimes she just starts crying. It’s hard for her.”
After reaching 210 pounds during her pregnancy, it seems taking a break is not an option for the 5’3" star. With Weight Watchers paying her $4 million to slim down to her goal weight of 130 pounds — and a plan to marry her fiancé, Eric Johnson, by the end of the year — Jessica now faces the daunting task of losing approximately 50 pounds in five months.
“Jessica wants to set a good example for Maxi,” the insider shares with In Touch. “She wants to teach her daughter to have a healthy lifestyle.”
