Breakups can be tough, but since her split with singer John Mayer, Jessica Simpson has channeled all her energy into working out — and she looks great! A combination of 45-minute workouts with personal trainer Harley Pasternak five days a week, plus a new diet of five small meals a day, have helped the 26-year-old singer lose an estimated 15 pounds already. “She wants to tone and tighten but not lose her femininity,” Pasternak tells In Touch. “She doesn’t want to get skinny and be a twig.”
