The ongoing custody battle between Grey’s Anatomy actor Jesse Williams, 36, and estranged wife Aryn Drake-Lee, 37, has gotten so ugly that a judge ordered them not to speak to each other, In Touch magazine is exclusively reporting.
In Touch has learned that if they need to discuss their kids, Sadie, 3, and Maceo, 2, they must do it through an app called Our Family Wizard. Under a temporary custody agreement, obtained by In Touch, “the parents shall use Our Family Wizard for all communications regarding the children’s health, education and welfare,” state the papers, which were filed in LA Superior Court on Sept. 1. The only time the exes will be allowed to communicate outside of the app will be “in an emergency.”

The papers also state that Jesse and Aryn (who will share joint legal custody of the kids under the agreement) are not allowed to “make derogatory remarks about the other parent” in front of the kids.
As In Touch first reported, Jesse has been dating Friday Night Lights star Minka Kelly, 37. The pair was spotted in Paris — where they both were working — back in March, and witnesses saw them walking hand in hand, and they were even hugging and kissing. “They’re very happy,” a source close to the actress explained. “They’ve got a lot in common and have major chemistry.”
Jesse was still legally married to Aryn when he had first sparked romance rumors with Minka, and he didn't officially file for divorce until April. But the insider claimed that Aryn and Jesse were separated for more than a year before the divorce filing, so Jesse was a free man. “Jesse was single when his romance began with Minka,” the source insisted. “The timing was right. They feel like fate brought them together.”
