Jennifer Lopez Shares Heartbreaking Details About Her Break-Up With Ben Affleck

Is it 2004? Are we having deja vu? Because we can't seem to figure out why Jennifer Lopez is still hurting over her relationship with Ben Affleck. Bennifer is long gone. But clearly, it's what's getting her the media attention she wants for her upcoming memoir, True Love.

JLo's love life came up during an interview with Maria Shriver, which will be airing on The Today Show November 3rd and 4th. The newly single mother was questioned on how she quickly married Marc Anthony in less than 6 months after splitting with Ben.

"It was probably my first big heartbreak, and to have one of my best friends who I'd known for years, who I actually love and did have chemistry with, come into my life and say, 'I'm here'…What you need to know is, nobody can save you or heal you … Only you can do that for you," she confessed.

The 45-year-old hasn't had the best luck with relationships. With two failed marriages prior to famously dating Ben, then another failed marriage with Marc, followed by a recent split with dancer, Casper Smart.

"It's still a work in progress for me," she admitted. "It's how you feel as a child, you know, being a middle child and kind of being invisible sometimes, or, you know, trying to get the attention.''
