Congratulations are in order for Jamie Otis and Doug Hehner!

The Married at First Sight stars announced that they're pregnant with baby No. 2 six months after experiencing a heartbreaking miscarriage. The couple took to Instagram to share the exciting news.

We are PREGNANT!!! Our sweet Baby Hehner is due this August. Of course I share so much more about our little #rainbowbaby with you all on my blog. (Jamie Otis.com/all-things-Jamie ) @people put the sweetest tribute together for our first born son – Johnathan. We love him so much and are so happy to know he's looking down from Heaven taking care of his little sister/brother. ❤️ Thank you @people, for honoring our first born while we celebrate this amazing miracle.💕 Link in bio. #pregnant #preggers #overjoyed #babylove PS forgive me for my unbuttoned jeans. I'm at that awkward stage where I don't quite fill out maternity jeans but I definitely don't fit in my regular clothes. 🤗🎉🙏🏼😍 #sohappy

Doug and Jamie posed for a sweet photoshoot with a rainbow balloon arch behind them — symbolizing that they're expecting a “rainbow baby,” a term used to describe children who are born after the parents suffer a miscarriage. Jamie held up a sonogram while Doug had a sign that reads, “Handpicked for Earth by my brother in heaven.”

“PS forgive me for my unbuttoned jeans. I'm at that awkward stage where I don't quite fill out maternity jeans but I definitely don't fit in my regular clothes,” she continued in the caption.

Shortly after announcing their first pregnancy last July, Jamie and Doug revealed they had lost their son because he didn’t have enough amniotic fluid while in utero.

October is pregnancy and infant loss awareness month. I can't sleep well tonight so I blogged about my sweet boy, Johnathan Edward. I realize there is a great stigma associated with sharing photos of your baby who was born too early and has already gone to heaven so I want to say sorry if this offends you. However, if there's one thing my husband has taught me it's this: "Don't live life trying NOT to offend anyone and trying to please everyone." I hope by me sharing my sweet boy, Johnny (as Doug and I call him), you'll realize that he's a harmless, helpless baby who deserves to be remembered, not hidden away because his image may offend someone. And if you've lost your baby early, please know that you're not alone. Unfortunately, 1 in 4 women are affected by this. Yet, no one talks about it. I hope this can change. I'll be the first in my circle. You be the first in yours. My prayers go out to everyone who has lost their sweet baby too early.❤️ Link to my blog & Johnny's photo in my bio. #miscarriageawareness #miscarriage #miscarriagesupport #mafs #marriedatfirstsight

Last October, during Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness month, she shared a photo of her little boy — named Johnathan Edward — taken at the moment she delivered him in the hospital.

In her caption, Jamie explained that even though there is a taboo against sharing photos of babies who are born too early, she felt it was important because she wanted her son to be remembered — and she wanted to remind women who had gone through similar situations that they're not alone.
