It seems like it’s been confirmed — Jenelle Evans is returning to Teen Mom 2. Her future on the show seemed up in the air after her husband David Eason was fired from the show for attacking the LGBTQ community. But on Friday, April 20, the 26-year-old took to Instagram to prove that she’s currently filming for the upcoming season and she’s still very much on the MTV payroll.

“When MTV feeds me,” Jenelle wrote in a caption of a video clip where one of her Teen Mom 2 producers ordered her a very large drive-thru order of food.

Last month, The Ashley__ reported that Jenelle and the Teen Mom 2 producers have worked things out and filming would commence sooner than expected. “Jenelle is on the books to film next week. This will be the first time she has filmed since David was fired,” a source revealed to The Ashley. “That footage that’s shot will air in the [8B season].”

“Jenelle is super relieved,” the insider continued. “She was terrified she was being fired because no one [from the show] would talk to her for awhile!” However, it’s still unlikely that David and Jenelle’s 14-month-old daughter will be making appearances. She previously tweeted that she was pulling Ensley from the show following David’s firing. “Ensley will not be appearing on #TeenMom2 after this season. Keep up with me on IG for updates of the gorgeous little babe,” she wrote, and fans quickly assumed that it was David who wasn’t allowing it.

The Ashley reports that Jenelle’s segments of the show will “focus heavily on her relationship with her estranged mother Barbara.” So this means Babs is back! “Barbara will be back to filming once Jenelle is,” the source said. “Jace will remain on the show as well.”

While Jenelle is returning, her lofty demands still haven’t been met by MTV. Radar Online recently reported that the reality star “had hired an entertainment lawyer to negotiate with MTV, but the network wasn’t giving in to any of her demands.” Apparently, the Wilmington, NC, resident wanted the network to pay her a substantial fee to film on her property. “MTV shot that down. No one wanted to film on Jenelle’s property because they were all disgusted by David. And all of the guns are unacceptable too, people are afraid of what David could do,” the insider told the website, adding that “MTV was not going to pay Jenelle extra to film.”
