A member of Selena Gomez’s family is speaking out about her sexy, grown-up image. Well… sorta!
Jeff Garlin, who played he 22-year-old’s uncle on Wizards of Waverly Place, has sounded off on her new look—and he’s not pleased!
“I worked with [Selena] for three years, and I love her. She is, at least in terms of what I saw, a great kid,” he gushed—before quickly changing his tone.
“But then I see her sexualized. When I see her sexualized, I look at her, and I look at this Ariana Grande…both beautiful girls, but they have baby fat! They look like kids!”
While it’s endearing he doesn’t want to see his little fictional niece grown up, she is a full-fledged adult now—and we can’t blame her wanting to be slightly more risqué!
Is The Jenner/Selena Gomez Feud Finally Over?!
Still, there was one role he definitely was not on board with—the bikini-filled, drug-heavy Spring Breakers.
“I’m by myself in the theater, and I couldn’t have felt dirtier. Great bikini shots of Selena Gomez? I don’t go there,” he told Huff Post Live recently.
“I see the thing, but I see those chubby cheeks. She’s a kid. This is disgusting that it’s happening so young.”
