There were a lot of dramatic components surrounding Teen Mom 2 star Kailyn Lowry's third pregnancy — one of which being whether or not her ex-husband, Javi Marroquin, would be named the legal father of this child. He spoke with In Touch exclusively regarding this ordeal just days after the blonde beauty welcomed a baby boy with her ex-boyfriend and third baby daddy, Chris Lopez — making Isaac and Lincoln big brothers again.
When asked if this matter was handled, Javi — a member of the United States Air Force — replied with, "Everything should be taken care of on the legalities of the new baby, I'm pretty sure." This is a relief, considering NY-based lawyer Brooke Camhi revealed to Radar back in May that “[their home state] Delaware law states that the ex-husband is presumed [to be] the father of a child if the child is born less than 300 days after the divorce.”

At the time, Javi revealed on Twitter that he "reached out to my attorney to make sure that doesn't happen." We can't blame him, considering the couple confirmed in May 2016 that they would split after four years of marriage. Their divorce was finalized in December of that same year and the blonde beauty made her shocking baby announcement in February 2017.

The father-of-one previously admitted that he and the former couple's three-year-old son, Linc, have not yet met the new baby but he's "glad everything went well for her.” He has since moved on from the relationship with Lauren Comeau, while Kail's relationship status is currently unknown. We hope to see them all get along, at least for Lincoln's sake!
