This Thursday we say goodbye to one of Hollywood’s greats.
The funeral for the James Gandolfini will be held at the Cathedral Church of Saint John the Divine in New York City at 10 a.m, according to an HBO spokeswoman.
As reported last week, the 51-year-old star of The Sopranos passed away from a heart attack while touring Italy with his son Michael.
Steve Coleman, the spokesperson for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey told the Star-Ledger of Newark that the actor's body arrived from Rome on Sunday evening at Newark Liberty International Airport, but no other information has been released since then.

James won three Emmy Awards between 1999 and 2007 for his portrayal of New Jersey mobster Tony Soprano on The Sopranos. Last week, In Touch spoke to his former co-star Jamie-Lynn Sigler who reflected on her time spent portraying James’ TV-daughter.
“I spent 10 years of my life studying and admiring one of the most brilliant actors, yes, but more importantly one of the greatest men,” says the star, “Jim had the ability, unbeknownst to him, to make you feel like everything would be alright if he was around.”
John Travolta, also released a statement to Good Morning America regarding the death of his close friend.
“My goal is to make sure his family is OK, 'cause that little boy [Michael], I watched him grow up and the brand-new little girl…we'll just make sure they're taken care of."
