It looks like Jacob Roloff is ready to start sharing his secrets with the public again! The 20-year-old infamously quit his family’s reality show Little People, Big World because he didn’t enjoy life in the spotlight — and now, in his debut book Verbing, he opens up about those tumultuous years dealing with the aftermath of reality TV.
In his debut book, he says that the decision to film — even though he didn’t want to — left him feeling isolated, and as a result, he felt “angry,” he writes. He continues, “This led to arguments and miscommunications with family, especially my parents, culminating in their decision to experiment having me see a therapist.” Check out the video to see his shocking confession about his rocky relationship with his family.
Today, things to seem to have improved between Jacob and his family. Despite traveling all over the country, he and his girlfriend are frequently seen hanging out with his mother, Amy Roloff, and he already formed quite a bond with his first nephew, Jackson Roloff. For his one-month update, Jackson’s mom Tori Roloff gushed that he “loves his Uncle Jacob” — and Jacob made it clear that the feelings are mutual with his many pictures with Baby J.
