Daredevil Ryan Dunn died early Monday morning when his Porsche careened over the road's guardrail and into the woods before bursting into flames. Ryan and a passenger, who has yet to be revealed, were driving along Pennsylvania's Route 322. The cause of the accident has yet to be confirmed but according to Chester County's Daily Local News, Chief Deputy Coroner David Garner verified that there was only one vehicle involved in the crash.
According to Chester County's Daily Local News, police claim, "Preliminary investigation revealed that speed may have been a contributing factor to the accident.”
The 34-year-old thrill-seeker tweeted a photo of himself and two friends on their night out, beer and cigarette in hand, just hours before the crash. Investigations regarding the fatal crash are ongoing.
