It's all about hydrating, explains Ashley: "Have a cup of hot water with lemon when you get up, and then drink a total of three chopped-up lemons with water a day to flush out water retention." Ashley also suggests eating five times a day. Each meal should include plenty of protein - chicken or fish for lunch - but no dairy. A tip to stay full: "Midmorning, have a protein shake made with a third of a banana, some cinnamon and a half-cup of frozen spinach, plus a spoonful of raw almond butter." Additionally, she has her clients, like Kate, do lateral slides, which tone your legs, thighs and core, and burn calories, all at the same time. "Just like you see basketball players do in training, this move is one of my best secrets," says Ashley.
