Tyler Baltierra’s Father Speaks Out After ‘Teen Mom OG’ Star’s Explosive Tell-All

Teen Mom OG star Tyler Baliterra didn’t hold back in his tell-all, ‘Conquering Chaos.’

In the book, which was co-written with his fiancée Catelynn Lowell, the reality star reveals he had a troubled relationship with his father. “Not only had my dad abandoned me for these drugs, but I had to see the cops bashing and smashing him,” one excerpt reads.

And now, his father, Butch, 52, who has been in and out of jail since Tyler was born, has broken his silence during an interview behind bars at Michigan’s Macomb Correctional Facility.

“I feel bad about some of the things I’ve done,” he told ‘Radar Online.’

But he hasn’t read the book just yet. “I haven’t gotten a copy,” Butch revealed. “Tyler says he’s going to send me one.”

‘Conquering Chaos’ recalls the couple growing up in toxic environments, and getting involved with drugs and alcohol at a young age. Tyler confessed he “messed around with pretty much anything,” and even almost died from a drug experience.

Thankfully, Bruce and Tyler are on much better terms these days. “Tyler talks to me all the time,” said Butch, who’s currently in prison for violating probation. “I’m happy for him, all he has going on.”

The 23-year-old previously told ‘Radar’ that he doesn’t have any bad blood with his father.

“He owns up to his mistakes,” Tyler said. “He knows my feelings and what I witnessed as a kid and how he’s influenced me. There are no grudges or unspoken words. We’re pretty good.”
