From Jessica Chastain to Amy Adams, Hollywood’s finest will be out in full force for tomorrow night's Academy Awards. Want to know how your favorite movie stars are getting ready for the Oscars? We’ve got the scoop. Naomi Watts has been keeping an awards seasons secret! The Impossible star is nominated for Best Actress, but she’s cool as a cucumber before that evenlope is opened. "My best kept secret about L.A. during awards season is that if I have time to go swim in the sea, it is always the best thing," Naomi revealed. "But often there isn't the time, so I would say eight glasses of water a day and get as much sleep as you can get. Also small meals throughout the day - carry nuts in your purse!" As for Best Actress nominee Jessica Chastain, the leading lady is relying on her amazing team to help her get ready for the big night. “I couldn’t do it on my own. It’s like being on a conveyor belt. People will just go, ‘here’ and guide me in different directions.” But there’s one thing she is in control of— getting her body red carpet ready! "[I walk] up and down stairs wearing tight corsets and big gowns," she says of her silly workout routine.
NEWS: Seth MacFarlane to Host the 2013 OscarsThere won’t be any gowns involved for Bradley Cooper, though! As if we didn’t love him enough already, the Silver Linings Playbook star is taking his mother as his date on Sunday Night. While he’s earned himself a nod for Best Actor, his Oscar preparations are all about mom! “I’m sure the day of, I’ll be calming my mother down,” the star shares. “She still doesn’t know what to wear. I think I’ll be a caretaker!"
Unlike Mrs. Cooper, fellow Best Supporting Actress nominees Amy Adams and Anne Hathaway are keeping it cool before the show. Amy’s Oscar night motto? “Don’t take myself too seriously.” Anne is also staying calm, admitting that “Whatever happens, happens. It won’t be the worst thing that’s ever happened to me if I don’t win, and with my husband by my side, it won’t be the best thing that’s ever happened to me either. So I’m feeling very good about whatever comes.”
But Anne isn't only bringing her husband to the Academy Awards... she's also bringing along her killer set of pipes! Joining her in singing a special tribute to movie musicals, Amanda Seyfried, Hugh Jackman, Catherine Zeta-Jones, and Jennifer Hudson will also be prepping their vocal cords for the big show.
From the red carpet to the big stage, we can’t wait to see what goes down on Sunday night! Will you be tuning in? Who are you excited to see?
