Oscar, shmoscar! Two-time Academy Award winner Hilary Swank received a Time For Peace award yesterday at the Hotel Bel-Air in Beverly Hills yesterday for her role in Freedom Writers, the true story of a Southern California high school teacher who mentors and empowers gang youth and other troubled teens in her classroom. Hilary's a do-gooder offscreen, as well. The Million Dollar Baby star donated more than nine inches of her amber locks last week to the Pantene Beautiful Lengths charity campaign, which benefits women dealing with hair loss while undergoing chemotherapy. The celeb stylist doing the cutting? None other than Oprah!
